1. Who can sell
Shops are for Young Entrepreneurs under 18. Every shop must be opened with a parent or guardian, who gives consent and remains responsible for the shop. New shops are reviewed by our team before they can list products.
2. What can be listed
Products should be made, designed or put together by the Young Entrepreneur. Every listing — text and photos — is reviewed before it goes live. We may remove any listing that is unsafe, misleading, copied or not suitable for children.
3. Payments
Buyers pay by bank transfer to the official Smart Bizlings account shown at checkout, and can upload a screenshot as proof. Our team verifies each payment before the order is processed. Never pay anyone outside the account shown at checkout.
4. Payouts to Young Entrepreneurs
Earnings are paid to the guardian's account given in the shop settings. Young Entrepreneurs without a bank account can choose the Smart Bizlings account; their earnings are then handed over by our team when they request a payout. The current service fee is shown to sellers when they join — We charge a small 10% service fee per order — but it's completely FREE for your first year with us! ?.
5. Orders, delivery and problems
Each order shows its payment and delivery status in My Orders. If an item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described, contact us with your order number. We review every case with the shop's guardian, and if an order cannot be fulfilled the verified payment is refunded.
6. Safety
Buyers and sellers must not share or ask for children's personal contact details. All communication about an order goes through our team. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
